Bluvall Return & Refund Policy

Bluvall Ebike offer a 15-day return policy, meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Returns will not be accepted after15 days from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, or with the e-bike having less than ten (10) kilometers on the display, and it must include all items originally included in the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), along with its original packaging. You will also need to provide the original proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Please note we dont accept return due to parts demage ,scratch etc non funtionality issues due to shipping,instead we will replace with good ones for free or compensate you with a partial refund.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@bluvallbike.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please note that Boombike is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  1. Products from Unauthorized Resellers

  2. Items damaged by human error

  3. Special orders

  4. Giveaways or free items

  5. Online sale accessories (including fenders, gift boxes, rack bags, helmets, controllers, phone mounts, air compressors, waterproof covers, locks, rearview mirrors, etc.)

  6. Additional purchased accessories (Please ensure that any accessories purchased directly from Bluvall meet your requirements before completing the purchase.)

Shipping and Handling Fee for Non-Quality Issue Returns:

REFUND POLICY

A. For returned e-bikes or batteries using our provided return label, our warehouse requires five business days upon receipt to confirm the status of the e-bike or battery. Once we confirm that the returned item matches the buyer's description, a refund will be issued within 1-2 business days.

B. If you return the item independently, you must provide us with a picture of the delivery note, tracking number, and carrier name. Once the logistics tracking for the package shows delivery, we require five business days to confirm whether the package's status matches the buyer's description; we will then issue a refund within 1-2 business days of confirmation. If the model of the returned e-bike or battery does not match the order information, Bluvall cannot provide a refund.

If the condition of the returned e-bike or battery differs from the description prior to return, a certain percentage of the amount will be deducted. The specific deduction ratio will be reasonably determined by Boombike /Bluvall based on the extent of parts loss.

How to Obtain a Refund:

If you decide to proceed with a return and request a refund, please contact our support team for a return label. We will process the refund once we receive the returned parcel.
